By accessing or using the Wick platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wick provides a white-label fansite platform that enables businesses to launch branded subscription platforms. We provide the technology, hosting, payment processing, and support infrastructure.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content posted on your platform and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our platform for any illegal activities.

4. Payment Terms

Revenue sharing and payment terms are established during your onboarding process. All fees and payment schedules will be documented in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand, content, and user data. Wick retains ownership of its platform technology, tools, and proprietary systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wick provides the platform "as is" and shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export for 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
